Grilled Beef Burger side with Sauteed Bokchoy
Individual servings
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash Original Blend Seasoning mix
1/4 tsp. salt
Olive Oil baking spray
Procedure:
1. Heat the foreman grill.
2. Season the ground beef with Mrs. Dash and salt. Divide the seasoned ground beef into two. Form them into balls and flatten them to form them into a patty. When the grill is hot they're gonna be ready for grill.
3. Transfer them to a serving platter and side it with sauteed bokchoy, serve and enjoy!
