Grilled Lemon-Thyme Chicken and Pan-seared Shrimp on a bed of Steamed Broccoli


Individual servings

Ingredients:
Approx. 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into two
1/8 tsp. dried thyme
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Olive Oil

5 pieces shrimps, peeled and deveined
1/2 tsp. olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of ground pepper

2 cups broccoli florets
1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash Original seasoning mix
1/4 salt

Procedure:
1. Marinate the chicken breast in the mixture of thyme, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oil for about 30 minutes or so. Heat the Foreman grill.
2. Season the shrimps with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet and pour olive oil. Pan-sear the shrimp until it turn pink and set aside.
3. When the grill is ready start grilling the both sides of the chicken until it is cooked all the way through.
4. Steam the broccoli florets and arrange it in a plate when it is half cooked or soft enough for you. Place the cooked chicken and shrimp on top. Serve and Enjoy!
