Hello everyone!

Thank you so much for visiting my cooking blog. I am Lannie Armstrong, wife of my wonderful husband, Michael and follower of Jesus Christ, my savior and my God. This blog has been an avenue for me to express my love for cooking and baking. Surprising my husband with good food after working so hard is the least I can do to serve him.

I am hoping that you will enjoy the recipes just like how my hubby and I enjoys what I make. Feel free to post your favorite recipes on your social media accounts.

I am a Filipino by ethnicity so don't be surprise if you see a lot of Filipino food in this blog. I was raise by my loving parents, Bonifacio and Helen, who are still in the Philippines. I worked as a public school teacher in Camarin High School, Caloocan City until December 2011. Then, I moved to the Maryland United States when I married my husband in 2012.

I make ear cuffs and other beaded and wire jewelries and accessories, which I sell online at our Lannie's Design Etsy shop. It will be awesome if you could visit our shop and give me some feedback about my designs here. We have been using our sales to support my mom's medical expenses in the Philippines and for our medical mission trip fund raising.

Since 2011, me and my husband have been involved in the medical mission team that goes to the Philippines for short term trips to give free medical and surgical services, called Medmission2000 Inc. Click here for more information.
