Baked Turkey Meatballs side with Kale, Tomato and Green Onion


Individual servings

Ingredients:
1/2 lb. lean ground turkey
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning mix

2 cups of kale
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 of a med. sized tomato, sliced
1 talk of green onion or less

Procedures:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a bowl, mix the ground turkey, salt and Mrs. Dash Seasoning until the seasoning is well incorporated with the meat. form into small balls.
3. Arrange the meat balls on a cookie sheet lined with foil or sprayed with oil, preferably olive oil. Bake the meat balls from 20 to 30 minutes or until they are well done.
4. Serve and enjoy!
