Pan-seared Tilapia topped with Garlic-Scallion Sauce side with Collard Greens


Individual servings

Ingredients:
Approx. 1/2 lb tilapia fillets
1 tsp. Apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp.Olive Oil

2 tsp. Olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 stalk green onion/scallion
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 pinch of salt

2 cups collard greens
1-2 cups water
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash Original seasoning mix

Ingredients:
1. Marinade the Tilapia Fillet in the mixture of apple cider vinegar, salt, black pepper and olive oil for at least 30 minutes or while cutting up the rest of the vegetables.
2. Heat a skillet and pan-fry the marinated fish. Set aside or plate.
3. Pour olive oil in a clean pan/skillet, sautee the minced garlic and scallion. Add the white vinegar and season it with salt. Stir until the flavor incorporates. Pour this mixture on top of the pan-seared fish.
4. Boil the collard greens in water then season with salt and Mrs. Dash seasoning. Continue boiling until the greens are done.
5. Serve and enjoy!
