Individual servings
Ingredients:
Approx. 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/8 cup white vinegar
1 clove garlic, sliced
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 cups collard greens, sliced ribs discarded
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1-2 cups water
Procedure:
1. In a pot, mix the chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, black pepper and Olive oil. Cook it in low heat until the chicken is tender and cooked all the way through.
2. Boil the collard greens in water then season it with black pepper and salt.
3. Serve and enjoy!
