Spinach Chicken Wrap



Yield: Individual Servings

Ingredients:
2 cups spinach
1/8 tsp. powdered garlic
olive oil
8 oz. thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breast
2 dashes of salt
1 or 2 dashes of ground black pepper
3 dashes of paprika and cayenne pepper

Procedure:
1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper then set aside.
2. Heat a skillet then pour olive oil. Saute' the spinach until the leaves are wilted then season it with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
3. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
4. Put the saute'ed spinach on top of a chicken strip and wrap it. Use two or more tooth picks to secure it. Sprinkle the top of the chicken with paprika and cayenne pepper.
5. Spray a cookie sheet with olive oil baking spray then bake it for 30-40 minutes until the chicken is well done.
6. Plate, serve and enjoy!
