Mashed Caulitflower with Ground Turkey

My husband loved this recipe. He said it reminds him of mushed potato with turkey but it's the healthier version of mashed potato.

Yield: Individual serving

Ingredients:
2 cups grated cauliflower ( I used Ninja Food Processor to do this)
8 oz. ground turkey
3 dashes of Grill Mate Montreal Chicken Seasoning
green onions for garnish
olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Season ground turkey with Montreal Chicken seasoning, salt and pepper.
2. Heat a skillet, pour some olive oil. Saute' the minced garlic until slightly brown. Add the ground turkey. Stir constantly until the meat is cooked or browned.
3. Add the grated cauliflower and continue stirring until it become softer. Add more salt and pepper to your taste.
4. Put the cooked mashed cauliflower with turkey in a plate, garnish with green onion, serve and enjoy!

Food for the Soul

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.  For by it the people of old received their commendation. By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible.
