Chicken Embutido


This is the ideal protein version of the Filipino processed food we call Embutido.

Yield:  Individual Servings

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups green bell pepper, chopped small
1/2 cup celery, chopped small
8 oz. ground chicken
salt and pepper
2 to 3 dashes of Mrs. Dash original blend seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Buffalo Wings Hot Sauce for some spice

Procedure:
1. Combine all the above ingredients except for the hot sauce. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit.
3. Divide the mixture in half. Roll half of it to in a foil. Do the same thing in the other half.
4. Bake it for about 40 minutes. Discard the foil when done. Plate, serve and enjoy.
