Asian Broccoli and Chicken Stir-Fry
Yield: Individual Serving
Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli florets
8 ounces chicken, chopped into long strips
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. pure black sesame oil
pepper to taste
salt to taste (optional)
olive oil
garlic, finely minced
1/8 cups water or chicken broth
Procedure:
1. Marinade the chicken in the mixture of soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil and salt for 30 minutes or so.
2. Heat a skillet then pour some olive oil. Stir fry the marinated chicken until it is slightly brown. Add the minced garlic then the broccoli florets. Continue stirring until the vegetable is half-cooked or soft if you like it softer.
3. Plate the dish. Serve and enjoy!
