Tarragon Lemon Chicken side with Kale



Individual serving for Ideal Protein Diet

Ingredients:
8 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 of a lemon, juiced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried tarragon
1 tbsp. Olive oil
1 stalk green onion, sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper


2 cups of kale, chopped and ribs discarded
1-2 cup/s of water
1/8 tsp. Mrs. Dash

Procedure:
1. In a zip lock bag, mix the Olive oil, juice of lemon, dried tarragon, salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder and green onion. Marinate the chicken breast with the mixture for an hour or so.
2. Bake the marinated chicken for 40-50 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 

3. Boil the kale in water seasoned with Mrs. Dash until the leaves are no longer bright green and i softer.
4. Transfer the baked chicken to a serving platter with the side of drained Kale. Serve and enjoy!
