Baked Turkey, Shrimp & Spinach Meat Balls

Individual Serving for Ideal Protein Diet

Ingredients:
6 oz. ground turkey
2 oz. shrimp, peeled, deveined and sliced
2 cups spinach, sauteed in olive oil and wilted
1/8 cup green onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Olive oil baking spray

Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a bowl, mixed the ground turkey, shrimp, wilted spinach leaves, green onions, garlic, salt and pepper until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
3. Spray a baking pan with Olive oil baking spray. Form small meat balls of the turkey mixture and put it in the baking pan separating each balls apart.
4. Place the meat balls in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until slightly brown.
5. Transfer it to a serving platter. Serve and enjoy!
