Baked Lemon Tilapia side with Collard Greens


Individual Servings for Ideal Protein Diet

Ingredients:
8 oz. of Tilapia Fillets, cut in a half each lengthwise
2 tbsp. lemon Juice( About 1/2 of a lemon)
1 tbsp or more of Mrs. Dash Original blend seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt

1-2 cup/s of water
2 cups collard green leaves, sliced and ribs discarded
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Original Blend seasoning mix
1/4 tsp. salt

Procedure:
1. Spray the baking dish with Olive Oil baking spray and lay the fillets on it. Sprinkle each fillets on both sides with salt, with garlic, with Mrs. Dash and with lemon juice. Marinate for about 15 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the fish is flaky.
3. Boil the collard green leaves in the water seasoned with salt and Mrs. Dash seasoning until the colored turned from bright green to dull green.
4. Transfer the baked fish and boiled collard greens to a serving platter (Or the collard greens to a small bowl.) Serve and enjoy!
