Asian Stir-fried for Ideal Protein Diet 

Individual Servings for Ideal Protein Diet

Ingredients:
8 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast (or shrimp, beef or scallop), sliced into strips
2 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
1 packet stevia/sucralose
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. Olive oil
1 cup bokchoy, sliced, stem and green separated
1/2 cup mushroom, sliced
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt

Procedure:
1. In a bowl, marinade the chicken into the mixture of so sauce, Stevia (artificial sweetener) and ground black pepper for about 30 minutes or while cutting up vegetables.
2. Heat the skillet and pour Olive oil. Stir-fry the marinated chicken until it turned whitish in color. Pour the water in and season it with cayenne pepper and salt. Add in the mushroom, bokchoy stem and broccoli. Stir, cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Add in the bokchoy leaves, cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir and give it a final taste.
3. Transfer it to a serving platter. Serve and enjoy!
