Baked Tilapia topped w/ Bell Peppers
Individual servings for Ideal Protein Diet
Ingredients:
Approx. 1/2 lb. Tilapia Fillets
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. chopped bell peppers
Olive oil baking spay
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Season the fish with salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, lemon juice and paprika. Add the bell peppers to the side of the baking dish.
3. Bake the fish fillets for 15-20 minutes or until the flesh is flaky. Serve with pan juice spooned over the top and garnish it with the bell peppers. Enjoy!
