Stir-fried Cauliflower with Chicken


Stir-fried Cauliflower with Chicken

Recipe yield: Servings for Four

Ingredients:
2 halves of boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced
3 to 4 cups of cauliflower florets
1/2 (or more) of a medium sized green or red bell peppe, sliced thinly
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion salt powder
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Original blend
1/4 tsp. or more ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. or more salt
1 tbsp. Olive Oil

Procedure:
1. In a bowl, marinade the sliced chicken seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, Mrs. Dash original blend, salt and ground black pepper for about 1 hour or while cutting up the vegetables.
2. Heat a skillet and pour Olive oil. Stir-fry the marinated chicken until the color turned to white and cooked all the way through.
3. Add in the cauliflower and stir. Cover and simmer for about 2 mins. Add in the green or bell peppers and stir. Cover and simmer again for about 2 mins. and give a final taste.
4. Place it in a serving platter, serve and enjoy!
