Recipe yield: Servings for Two
Ingredients:8 oz. frank steak or beef sirloin, cut it into 1 x 2 inch
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. Olive oil
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/4 of a med. sized onion, sliced
2 to 3 celery stalk, sliced diagonally
1/4 cup water or more if not sirloin
1/2 lb. mushroom, sliced
Ground pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. Marinade the beef in soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce and ground black pepper for about 30 mins to 1 hour.
2. Heat a skillet and pour the olive oil. Pan-fry the beef. Add in and sauté the garlic, onion and then the celery. Pour the water and simmer to cook the beef all throughout.
3. When the water level has gone down, add in the sliced mushroom and stir. Give it a final taste to see if it is good to the taste.
4. Place it in a serving platter. Serve and enjoy!
