Cola Chicken


Recipe Yield: Servings for Three

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. chicken breast (For a healthier choice), cut into bite sizes [You can also use Chicken wings or thighs as well.] 
3/4 cup diet cola
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup BBQ sauce like Sweet Baby Rays
Pepper to taste
Pinch of salt

Procedures:
1. In a pot, pour the diet cola soda, ketchup and BBQ sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until completely mixed. Add the chicken and cook in low until the chicken is cooked all the way through and when the sauce thickens.
2. Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy!
