Asian Stir-fried Broccoli with Green and Red bell Pepper and Shrimp


Recipe Yield: Servings for Three

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter or margerine
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
10 pieces fresh Shrimp medium sized, peeled and deveined
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
1 medium Red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 medium green onions, cut into small pieces

Instructions:
1. Heat the skillet in medium heat then place the butter and Olive oil, once melted sear the broccoli florets, set aside.
2. Add the sesame oil to the skillet then saute’ garlic, onions,  green and red bell pepper for 1 minute.
3. Add shrimp, oyster sauce and Broccoli then stir-fry until shrimp are pink and firm.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!.
