Baked Breaded Tilapia Fillets

Yield: Individual Serving

Ingredients:
8 ounces Tilapia fillets
1 tbsp. white vinegar (optional)
3-4 dashes of salt and pepper
1 packet Ideal Protein Croustilles BBQ crisps, grated to the consistency of bread crumbs in a food processor
olive oil spray

Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a cookie sheet with olive oil spray.
2. Season the fillet with salt and pepper and marinade it with vinegar to cut the fishy taste.
3. Pour the grated BBQ crisp in a plate. Dip both sides of the fish fillets then lay it in the cookie sheet. Repeat until all the fillets are covered with the crisp or breaded.
4. Bake it for 25-30 minutes.
5. Plate it with 2 cups of veggies (e.g. collard greens or kale), serve and enjoy!
