Grilled Fajita Seasoned Chicken

Recipe yield: servings for one or two

Ingredient:
1 (4 oz.) boneless skinless chicken, halved
Fajita seasoning mix to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Season both sides of chicken cuts with the Fajita seasoning mixture and pepper. Marinade for about 30 mins. to an hour in the fridge.
2. Grill the chicken until the color turns white and there is no pink in the center.
3. Place it in the serving platter. I added a side of pickled bell pepper to ours. Serve and enjoy!

This is Lannie' recipe, inspired from The Fajita-seasoned Grilled Chicken of Diabetic Cooking for 1 or 2. Feel free to share and use it for home cooking.

Food for the Soul

And not only this, but we also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance;  and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope;  and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

Romans 5:3-5, NASB
