Sautéed Mung Bean sprout with Turkey Recipe or Togue na may giniling na pabo for Filipinos


Yield: Serving for one to two
Ingredients:
1/4 cup (approx.) Ground turkey
1 clove garlic, crashed and minced
1/2 shallot or 1/4 med. sized white onion, sliced thinly
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cups mung bean sprout, washed and dried
Pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. In a pan heat olive oil and saute ground turkey, garlic and onion. Pour the soy sauce. Stir then turn off the stove.
2. Add the mung bean sprout then stir. 
3. Serve and enjoy!
