Gluten-Free Chicken Adobo

My apology for the picture, we were too excited to eat. :)
Recipe Yields: 2-3 servings

Ingredients:
1lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sizes
1/4 cup Liquid Aminos All purpose seasoning (soy sauce alternative)
1/8 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. Olive or grape seed oil
1 or two bay leaves
1/2 cup water

Procedure:
1. Combine all the ingredients above in a pot. Stir the sauce. Cover and simmer in a medium low heat for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
3. Discard the bay leaves then serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
