Vegetarian Noodles with Cabbage, Shrimp and Popstickers


Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients:
10 small bundles of think vegetarian noodles
2 cups or more water or chicken broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
8 pieces or more peeled and deveined shrimps
2-3 chicken and vegetable frozen popstickers, thawed and each cut into 4
ground black pepper to taste
3 cups, green cabbage, cut into small strips
olive oil
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/8 of a large onion, chopped into strips (optional)

Procedure:
1. Heat a skillet and pour olive oil. Cook each side of the shrimp and set aside. Pan sear the popstickers on all sides and set aside.
2. In a medium size sauce pan, saute' garlic and onion until slightly brown. Pour water or broth and bring it to a boil. Pour the soy sauce, season it with black pepper, then add the noodles. Continue stirring until half of the water is absorbed by the noodles then add the cabbage. Stir and add the cooked shrimp and popstickers.
3. Plate, serve and enjoy!
