Grilled Lemon Rosemary Chicken side with Steamed Broccoli




Individual serving for Ideal protein Diet

Ingredients:
8 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced in half
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice (About 1/2 of a lemon)

2 cups broccoli florets
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Original Blend Seasoning mix
1 dash of salt

Ingredients:
1. In a bowl, marinate chicken into the mixture of rosemary, black pepper, salt and lemon juice for about 1 hour.
2. Grill both sides of the chicken until the middle of the fish is not longer pink.
3. Season the broccoli with Mrs. Dash and salt. Steam the vegetables in a steamer.
4. Transfer the grilled chicken and steamed broccoli in a serving platter. Serve and enjoy!
