Recipe Yield: Servings for Three
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup green beans, halved
1 1/2 cups green and red bell pepper, sliced thinly
3 cups broccoli florets
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 cup onion, sliced
3 tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash, table blend seasoning
3 cups fresh mung bean sprouts
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and ground black pepper. Mix and marinate for 30 mins. to an hour.
2. Heat a pan and pour in Olive oil and pan fry the chicken until it's brown then set aside after frying.
3. Use the same oil in the pan and saute the garlic, green beans for a minute then put in the green and red bell pepper, broccoli and onion until it's cooked as you desire. (Personally, I prefer it half cooked so it will be healthier)
4. Season it with salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash table blend.
5. Pat dry the washed mung bean sprout and arranged them in a plate. Put in the stir-fried vegetables and the meat on top.
6. Serve and enjoy!

Food for the Soul
For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God.
